We want you to love your Mustard Made locker, but if it's not quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unassembled and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Check the Condition
Ensure your locker is flat-packed in its original box and has not been assembled; we cannot accept returns once the metal tabs have been bent.
Contact Our Team
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address.
Book Your Shipping
Arrange for a tracked courier service to send the item back to us; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned locker, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
